- Unlock your iPhone
- Tap Settings
- Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap on Fetch New Data
- Change the Fetch time to the new preferred email check time, as you can see I leave all my accounts on manual, apart from my Exchange account which is using Push mail.
- That’s it your done! Press the home screen to exit the settings menu.
