Currently there is no native iPhone app for Google+ but there is a decent HTML5 web app version that gives you most functionality (group chat doesn’t work)

How To add the Google+ iPhone App
Load up Safari and go to http://plus.google.com
This should load up your google plus account, you might need to sign in. (See screenshot below for an example of Google+ iPhone App).
At the button in the middle you should see an icon in the shape of a square with an arrow coming out of it, tap it and you should see the following:
Tap “Add to Home Screen”
You will then be presented with the following options, just click add.
You will now be taken to the Google+ iPhone app icon on your iPhones Home Screen (yeah I am a bit of space invaders geek).
That’s it, your good to go! Every time you want to access Google+ simply click the icon from your Home Screen.
